Education and Training Artifacts
An education or training artifact is designed to improve the quality of a performed task. These artifacts are an important part of a formal training process and are designed to be used as:
- Workbooks/ Guides – used in training sessions to provide basic information, examples and exercises.
- Self-paced guides: designed for students to work through at their own.
- Reference manuals: contain detailed information on processes and procedures.
- Handouts: provide general information to support training done during the training session.
- Job aids: provide step-by-step instructions to be used in the workplace.
